Session – Natural or Engineered Clays and Nanoparticles with Various Functionalities

Natural and engineered clays as well as nanoparticles are widely studied considering application in the fields of materials science, biology, pharmacy, environments, industries and etc. Their unique structure, small particle size and modifiable surfaces enable materials development for tailor-made physical, chemical and biological functions. Furthermore, the science and technologies of industrial clays, including exploration and clay resource development and particle engineering from micro to nano are currently researched. Thus obtained materials and scientific knowledge will open new era of future industries. We would like to invite the paper, but not to limited, of natural or engineered clays and nanoparticles for various functionalities and applicability.
